Chris Streich age 47 of Rogers City
passed away September 9, 2010 at home with his family

Robert Christopher Streich was born March 19, 1963 in Rogers City to
Robert and Sharon (Karnes) Streich

Chris graduated from Rogers City High School in 1981. He attended Alpena
Community College where he earned his Registered Nursing Degree. During his
medical career he was an EMT and a paramedic. He worked for Allied Ambulance,
Rogers City Rehabilitation Hospital, Hospice of the Sunrise Shore and was in charge
of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing in Presque Isle County. His last employment
was with the Presque Isle County Council on Aging. Chris enjoyed road trips and
spending time at camp with his family, friends, and 3 dogs.

He is survived by:
mother, Sharon of Rogers City;
sister, Shelley Fields of Mendon;
fiancee’, Kelly Darga of Rogers City; and
nephew, John R. Fields.

Chris was preceded in death by his dad, Robert on July 10, 2006
Pastor John Schreiber will conduct his memorial service at St. John Lutheran Church
on Saturday, September 18th at 1:00 p.m. Friends may visit with family at church
1 hour prior to service.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of the Sunrise Shore or Alpena Cancer Center
in memory of Chris Streich.
